Refund policy

1. Return Window MEN+ offers a 30-day return period from the day your order arrives. Opened or partially used supplements cannot be returned. This ensures the safety, quality, and effectiveness of our products for all customers.

If the product has been opened, we may ask for feedback on how long you've been using it so we can advise you on getting the best possible results and continue improving our formula.

2. Eligible Returns To qualify for a return: The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. All labels and seals must be intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

3. Return Shipping A return shipping label will be provided only for items that are defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly by MEN+. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

4. Damages and Defective Products Inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Contact us within 48 hours if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will review the issue promptly and sort it out for you.

5. Non-Returnable Items The following cannot be returned under any circumstances: opened or partially used supplements.

6. Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, return the unopened product and place a new order for the desired product.

7. European Union Orders EU customers may cancel or return unopened products within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. Returned items must be in original condition with proof of purchase.

8. Refunds Refunds are issued only for unopened products or items returned due to MEN+'s fault. Once received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Bank or credit card processing times may take additional time.

9. Why This Policy Exists Your results and safety are our priority. Supplements cannot be resold once opened, and returning used products could compromise quality and safety for other customers. This policy protects you, other customers, and the integrity of MEN+ products.

Reporting an Allergic Reaction To report an allergic reaction please provide: your full name and order number, a clear photo of the product with the batch code visible, and details of the reaction including type, timeline, and any medical consultation sought. Starting a Return To start a return contact us at support@trymenplus.com If your return is accepted we'll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
